To enroll a student/camper:

It is very easy to Enroll Online this year.  Simply read the information below and then scroll down to the secured form.  Fill in all fields and be sure to give us emergency contact phone numbers.  If a field does not apply to your child simply put N/A in that field.  No payments are made online, so you must mail your check or contact the finance office prior to  your registration,  Be sure to then go to the forms category and print hard copies of all forms, sign and return to the school prior to camp opening.   Send payment to: CDS; 1699 Old  Dry Creek Rd; Huntsville, AL 35806 or bring it by the school office. ALL PAYMENT IS DUE BY MAY 1st.  No student/camper is considered registered without payment and online registration will not hold a space for your child without payment.

 All forms and permission slips must be completed and returned to CDS and all payments/payment arrangements must be made before May 1st to be sure the student/camper is enrolled in camp.  

All fees are due no later than May 1st.
 Please call Karen at 837-5266 if you wish to pay by credit card or use the EFT draft option.  She will be happy to make arrangements for payment to meet your personal needs. 

After completing you registration form, please be sure to go to the Forms page to print and sign all the forms.  Bring these forms with you to the first day of camp.
